Terms of use and refund policy

1. Licence

NSMART grants the registered user a licence to use the software (not ownership) for their own or their company's work, commercial work included.
One licence works on one PC (the bound machine ID); to move it, e-mail support@nsmarty.com.
The 14-day trial is once per e-mail and per PC.

2. Not allowed

Giving away, selling, renting or sharing an account or key
Reverse engineering, decompiling, modifying the software or bypassing the licence check
Using it to build a directly competing product

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, without refund.

3. Support payments and renewal

350 THB per month per PC in Thailand, or $10 from abroad as we agree by e-mail; several months in advance is fine.
After 12 supported months in total, the next 12 months are free (once per account).
Nothing is charged automatically — when it expires the add-in stops until you support again; your settings and the model stay as they are.
Works offline for up to 30 days after the last online check.

4. Refunds

Because of the full 14-day free trial, payments are generally not refunded, except:
It does not work on a PC that meets the requirements (Windows 10/11 64-bit, Revit 2027) and we cannot fix it within 7 days of your report — the latest month is refunded in full.
Duplicate, excess or mistaken payment — the excess is refunded within 7 days.
Paid several months ahead and want to stop — months not yet started are refunded (free promotional months excluded).
Ask at support@nsmarty.com with your registered e-mail and the slip; we refund to the account you paid from.

5. Responsibility for results

NSMART places rebar and runs basic checks from the data you enter (rebar schedules, project standards, ACI 318-19). It is not structural design.
You and the responsible engineer must check the rebar, drawings and BBS before construction, every time.
NSMART AI answers can be wrong; use them as a hint only.
NSMART's liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months and excludes indirect losses (delays, site rework).
Keep backups of your models; every command can be undone with Ctrl+Z.

6. Changes

We keep improving the software and may add, change or remove features, and may change the support rate with at least 30 days' notice; periods already paid keep their rate.
These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the latest version.

7. Law

These terms are governed by Thai law. Using the software means you accept them. Personal data: see the privacy policy.
